Dubai's robotaxi fleet has passed four million kilometres, the RTA said on 19 August, with 7,613 passenger trips completed and a 97 per cent satisfaction score. The programme runs 144 vehicles, 48 of them active at any time, covering about 50 trips a day. Uber adds driverless Apollo Go Baidu's Apollo Go cars are now bookable fully driverless on Uber in Dubai, run by New Horizon Luxury Transport, alongside WeRide and Pony.ai under the RTA scheme. Transport access already shapes Dubai property values, and the areas chosen for early robotaxi coverage could see the same pattern. With 348 million riders logged in the first half of 2026 and a target of one in four trips autonomous by 2030, the RTA is only getting started.
