DAMAC Launches the Final Tower of Chelsea Residences at Dubai Maritime City as Branded Homes Boom
That's fine, no cleanup needed. Here's the condensed HTML:

DAMAC Properties has launched Tower C, the sixth and final tower of Chelsea Residences at Dubai Maritime City, after the first five towers sold out. Built with Chelsea Football Club, the branding includes what DAMAC calls the UAE's only rooftop football pitch, a beach club, an athlete training centre and a blue sand beach matching the club's kit.

What's on offer

One, two and three bedroom apartments with sea views, priced from AED 2.56 million and sized from about 827 square feet, inside the 2.27 million square metre Maritime City district between Port Rashid and the city centre.

The launch rides a strong branded residences market: transaction volumes rose about 26 percent in 2025 and deal value climbed roughly 51 percent, with branded homes commanding premiums up to 64 percent over unbranded comparables. Compare it against other Dubai off-plan projects before deciding if the badge is worth the price.
