Dubai Teams Up With Julius Baer to Attract Family Offices: What the Wealth Hub Push Means for Prime Property

Dubai has signed a strategic alliance with Julius Baer (Middle East), part of the Swiss private bank that managed 547 billion Swiss francs at the end of June 2026 and operates in more than 25 countries. The 27 July 2026 deal gives the bank's international clients, business owners and family offices a more direct route into the emirate's investment ecosystem, tied to the D33 economic agenda.
Why it matters for property
Family offices are among the most reliable buyers of prime Dubai homes. DIFC counted 1,289 family related entities by the end of 2025, up 61 percent year on year, alongside 1,115 foundations, up 66 percent. No specific services were named, but each new structure typically brings a household and investment property demand with it, reinforcing both the prime sales market and the executive rental segment beneath it.
