DAMAC Hands Over 8,800 Homes in Dubai in 2026 and Awards AED 10 Billion in Construction Contracts

DAMAC Properties has handed over 8,800 homes across Dubai in 2026 and committed more than AED 10 billion to construction contracts in the first half of the year. Completions span DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2 and DAMAC Lagoons, plus two towers, Chic and Elegance, mixing villas with apartments rather than leaning on one project.

A reliability signal

With completions running high and new launches cooling, a hard delivery number carries weight. Managing director Ali Sajwani said the company aims to deliver every unit on time, even through this year's regional tensions. DAMAC has delivered roughly 50,000 homes since 2002 and has more than 54,000 under construction, a bigger pipeline than its entire history so far. Buyers can compare developers' track records on Doment's developer profiles.
