Dubai 3D is live: the whole city, every market, on one map you can fly through

Image
Doment has launched Dubai 3D , a free three dimensional map of Dubai, at dubaimap.doment.ai . The skyline is drawn at real building heights, with the Burj Khalifa standing at its actual 828 metres, and the property market is drawn on top of it as separate layers rather than a single cloud of pins. The map carries 1,642 off plan projects , 2,956 resale listings and 87,961 live rental homes grouped into 4,009 building pins, each pin carrying the real count of homes available in that building. Alongside them sit 2,180 real places you can switch on as layers: metro stations, malls, schools, hospitals, beaches, parks and airports. Click a tower and a card opens with the developer, the community, the price and every market active in that building, with one click through to the full record on doment.ai, including neighbourhood scores and measured driving times. Where Doment knows the exact building, the camera flies down and lights up the tower itself. Where it only holds the community...

Dubai's brokerage industry closed a record 2025. The Dubai Land Department reports commissions earned by licensed brokers hit AED 13.59 billion , up 31 percent on 2024, across 96,440 transactions, a 54 percent jump. Deal count grew faster than the fees attached to it. A profession expanding fast The DLD counted 32,294 registered brokers at year end, 13,083 of whom signed up during 2025 alone, working from 9,785 brokerage offices. Women take a bigger share Female brokers now number 11,371, roughly 35 percent of the total, and their commissions rose 83 percent to AED 2.98 billion , close to a quarter of the pool and growing at nearly triple the market's pace. The regulator is backing the sector rather than reining it in, pairing the figures with two training programmes. For agents, more competition rewards whoever tracks Dubai's off-plan pipeline fastest. An off-plan apartment at Aman Residences Dubai in Jumeirah Second has sold for AED 166.07 million , one of the emirate's largest apartment deals this year, and it closed in mid summer, when the mid-market usually stalls. The 10,021 square foot unit works out at roughly AED 16,572 per square foot. The tower is still under construction, so a nine figure sum was committed on a brand, a location and a set of drawings. The address has form. A penthouse there was reported sold earlier this year for around AED 422 million. The top end keeps compounding Sales above AED 36.7 million reached 269 deals worth AED 16.57 billion in the first half of 2026, up 11.2 percent by count. Luxury sales in 2025 hit 6,668 transactions worth AED 143.8 billion, up 41 percent on 2024. Overall transaction growth has eased, yet ultra prime keeps climbing. Dubai Luxury Home Sales Hit a Record: 296 Homes Above $10 Million Sold in H1 2026, Led by Dubai Hills Estate and Palm Jumeirah

Dubai's prime market has never opened a year this strongly. Knight Frank counted 296 sales above 10 million dollars in the first half of 2026, worth 5.1 billion dollars and up 16 percent on 2025, the busiest first half on record. The second quarter alone logged 26 deals above 25 million dollars. Where the money went Dubai Hills Estate led with 51 sales, just ahead of Palm Jumeirah on 50 and Palm Jebel Ali on 40, whose villas will not complete before 2028. The trophies included a 114.9 million dollar apartment at Aman Residences and a 152.5 million dollar plot on Naia Island. Yet the wider market cooled, with sales down around 14 percent. Only 4 percent of luxury homes were resold within a year, a sign buyers see Dubai as a long term base.
