Golden Mile 1 charges 57 AED a square foot. Summer 1 charges 6. Both are Dubai

A review of Mollak service charge data across 1,749 Dubai buildings shows a median of 13 AED per square foot a year, with a range from 1 to 94.

Among buildings with at least a hundred registered sales, Golden Mile 1 in Palm Jumeirah charges 57 AED a square foot a year, the highest in that group. Summer 1 in Jumeirah Village charges 6 AED, among the lowest. Both figures are from the 2023 budget year.

On a 1,000 square foot flat, that is AED 57,000 a year at one end against AED 6,000 at the other.

By community, Jumeirah Lakes Towers averages 23.9 AED a square foot across 105 buildings, Palm Jumeirah averages 21.3 across 90 buildings, and Business Bay averages 16.1 across 150 buildings.

The figures come from the Land Department's Mollak system. Most buildings' data stops at budget year 2023, with 2024 still thin. Each building's charge on Doment's building directory is listed with its budget year.
