Parkway International Contracting has been awarded the main construction contract for phase three of City Walk Crestlane, the Meraas apartment scheme in central Dubai. The contract is worth more than AED 590 million and covers 394 apartments across 4 residential buildings. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2028, and work on site has already begun.

The buildings will include landscaped courtyards, water features, swimming pools, sports facilities, a fitness centre, a floating clubhouse and an outdoor cinema. Crestlane is part of the wider City Walk district, close to Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road, the Jumeirah coast and Dubai International Airport.

Khalid Al Malik, chief executive of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the expansion reflects steady demand for design led homes in the city centre. Parkway described the award as a deepening of its relationship with Meraas.
