Dubai's 8th public beach and an 18% jump in park visits: what Al Mamzar and Mushrif mean for nearby homes

Dubai Municipality told the travel trade at Arabian Travel Market on 14 September 2026 that Al Mamzar Beaches at Al Khor has recorded more than 1.75 million visits since it opened in May 2026. Park visits across the emirate in the first half of the year were 18 per cent higher than in the same period last year.
Al Mamzar Al Khor took Dubai's public beach count to 7. The 8th will be Al Mamzar Corniche, which the municipality says will include a ladies-only night beach running 24 hours, described as the first of its kind in the world.
Quranic Park visits rose 47 per cent. Mushrif National Park rose 20 per cent, and the Young Rangers Cycling Track inside it has passed 18,000 visitors since opening. The Dubai Frame has passed about 8.8 million visitors since opening.
The municipality also flagged Work from Park, which is remote working set up inside public parks. The beaches sit within a programme announced in April 2026 that runs to 2030 and covers Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim and Jebel Ali.
