Dubai first time home buyer programme tops 45,000 sign-ups as PropTech Connect Middle East is set for 3 and 4 February 2027

The Dubai Land Department used PropTech Connect Europe 2026 in London, held on 9 and 10 September, to share updated figures for its First Time Home Buyer programme. More than 45,000 people have registered, and over 3,200 have completed a first home purchase in Dubai, a conversion rate of about 7 per cent. The department published its account of the trip on 11 September 2026.

PropTech Connect Middle East will return to Dubai on 3 and 4 February 2027. The February 2026 edition drew more than 3,000 participants and over 300 speakers.

The London delegation was led by Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Corporate Support Sector, with Mohammed Yahya of the real estate transactions department and project manager Talal Al Suwaidi. On display were the Initial Registration platform, the Dubai REST app, the Dubai PropTech Hub and the REACH Middle East programme.
