Dubai Completes 104 Real Estate Projects Worth Over AED 111 Billion in H1 2026, Handing Over 24,537 New Homes
Dubai Land Department figures released on 20 August by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, show 104 real estate projects completed in the first half of 2026, up 38.7 per cent from 75 a year earlier.

The Dubai Land Department has confirmed 104 real estate projects were completed in the first half of 2026, an increase of 38.7 per cent from 75 completions in the same period of 2025. The figures were announced on 20 August by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

The combined investment value of these projects exceeded AED 111 billion, up 52 per cent from AED 73 billion a year earlier. They delivered 24,537 new units, compared with 18,043 in the first half of 2025, across 1.95 million square metres of completed built-up area, a rise of 23.4 per cent.

Land allocated to new projects during the half reached AED 19.46 billion, up more than 135 per cent from AED 8.27 billion a year earlier, with the allocated area more than doubling to about one million square metres.

Sheikh Hamdan linked the results to the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to double the size of the emirate's economy by 2033.
